Smell: Mild, candied caramel smell with hints of toffee.
Initial Taste:  Minimal bite, extra smooth apple, followed quickly by sweet caramel.
After Taste:  Candied apple and caramel flavour that lingers for a while.  Caramel is the prominent flavour at the end, with an extra sweet taste.
On ice: Cuts the carbonation, a small increase into the caramel flavour in the aftertaste.

Additional Notes:  A smooth drinking apple cider that is heavy on the caramel flavour.  This unique cider is like having a caramel apple on Halloween.  Enjoyable cold and warm, it could be enjoyed with a cinnamon stick infused into it.
