Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Forward juicy peach flesh. Hint of pulpy apple.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Quick peach juice that’s bright, semi-sweet. Some fuzzy skin, but mostly fleshy, juicy peach that tastes early in season. Hint of apple base.
After Taste: Remains a strong peach. No detectable apple here. Ends slightly drier than it starts, but peach juice lingers awhile.
On ice: Slightly reduced carbonation and body. Less pulpy and tangy. Peach is the same.
Additional Notes: Burst’s Ontario Peach is an incredibly peach juice-forward offering. From start to finish, it’s about a juicy peach fleshy, with a hint of fuzzy skin. Very bright and vivid, it starts sweeter than it finishes. There is a mild apple base, mostly noticeable upfront. But this is all about the peach and it works well. Tastes very authentic to the fruit, with it being a clingstone peach.
