Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet vanilla. Bourbon-like hints. Light dessert apple.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Quick, crisp juicy apple that has peel and flesh aspects. Red peel note with noticable vanilla flavour.
After Taste: Apple becomes drier but remains crisp. A unique cotton/candy flavour emerges to finish, with the creamy vanilla notes.
On ice: Weakened flavours. Shorter flavour profile.

Additional Notes:  Eden Grove’s Zero Sugar Apple Cider isn’t sweet but it’s juicy and bright. A very crisp apple base is present throughout, and we get both peel and flesh notes. Decently crisp overall, what really makes this strand out is the unique vanilla notes that are throughout. It almost could have been marketed as a ‘vanilla apple cider’, especially if it were/is added. We found this vanilla flavour slightly transforms into a cotton candy note in the finish.
