Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Sour pear, slightly funky.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation, Slightly funky elements to start off that become cleaner. Semi-dry with a Bartlett pear flavour. Lots of pear skin notes, slightly earthy.
After Taste: Becomes drier and more earthly and skin notes. More pear-like with a long lingering aftertaste.
On ice: Less juicy, much cleaner.
Additional Notes: Bayfield Berry Farm’s Perry is a unique, dry and slightly funky Bartlett pear offering. It’s very skin focused, with some earthy elements. Becomes smoother as time goes on. Dramatically cleaner when on-ice. Quite pear forward.
