Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Heavy grapefruit and citrus. Tonic notes.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Smooth grapefruit that is bright. Mild bitterness from fruits. Citrus heavy – including orange and lemon hints. Tonic flavour undertones.
After Taste: Citrus notes become more candied. Pulpy apple base comes out a bit more. Dissipates/cleans out rather quickly.
On ice: Watered down flavour and carbonation.
Additional Notes: Growers Grapefruit Pomelo cider is an easy drinking cider that provides a relief from the typical bitterness of these fruits, but is still accurately fruit forward. Heavy on the citrus notes as intended, its got grapefruit, lemon, orange and more within. Smooth, its got a light mouthfeel and carbonation, making for a smooth consumption, similar to a spritzer or a tonic water. Mild apple but not the focus.

I Really like this Grapefruit flavour but am not sure were to find it in the Delta , bc. area ?

Why not produce this in a two litre bottle, I love this flavour but it seems you have limited your 2 litre bottles to certain flavours, that being said I haven’t been able to get the cranberry pomegranate for the past couple of months now do a bad batch I was told, really enjoy your ciders but it seems the ones I like I can’t get.
