Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Pulpy, smooth, crisp apples. Mild sweet notes. Bright effervescence.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation and acidity. Fast and strong juicy apple body. Mild vanilla and oak notes. Crisp and bright. Tingly carbonation.
After Taste: Apple becomes smoother, even more crisp. Light astringency briefly noticeable. Caramelized, slightly off-dry bright apple finish that is very clean.
On ice: Elements slightly reduced but not much change.

Additional Notes:  East Street’s flagship cider, their Landmark Dry, is an incredibly crisp and clean, straightforward apple cider. Bright and very apple forward, it is the definition of the modern North American cider style, but with some traditional inspirations. Light oak and vanilla notes add brilliant notes to the body.
