Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Hops with citrus. Peach pit aroma with some sour apple.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Dry apple with some sour peach.  Infused hops give it a bit of a citrus note.
After Taste: Apple dissipates, so does sour part of the peach leaving a more natural peach. Smoother hops in the aftertaste. Some fermentation notes linger.
On ice: Slight reduction in carbonation and body.

Additional Notes:  The Speachless by Ernest Cider Co is a different offering for a peach cider. Peach elements come though much more sour than sweet, and more of a peach pit flavour than the flesh. Hops add a mild rugged bitterness. Apple notes are there, but not prominent. Some citrus-like notes from the hops and peach pit elements. Unfiltered but not gritty.
