Smell: Medium-mild, sweet single apple rustic smell. Slightly sour and acidity.
Initial Taste: Light bite, smooth, single-apple flavour. Slight sour hints
After Taste: Sweet comes through and then dissipates. Semi long lingering with the taste of the peel that remains. Some tart hints, but overall quite sweet.
On ice: Cut of the carbonation and some of the apple flavour but similar
Additional Notes: Angry Orchard is a light, American-style, commercial cider offering. Sweet on the pallet, it is smooth and mild overall. May be a good introduction cider to new fans.
