Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Semi-sweet juicy apples. Some natural sweetness. Very crisp.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation.  Extra crisp bite. Quite clean and tart with a slightly pulpy apple.  A bit sweet, with a bit of sour as well.  Sugars add mouthfeel. Some acidity, low tannin.
After Taste: Lingers a while, with the acidity and sour elements becoming more noticeable.  Some saline elements. Ends on a powdery flavour and note.
On ice: Reduced flavour and intensity overall.

Additional Notes:  The Crisp Apple Bright Cider by Dead Horse Cider Co from Winnipeg is a clean, tart and crisp apple offering – indeed bright as well. Some natural sweetness, with more acidity as the time goes.   Longer lingering, it has a drier finish.  Lots of apple elements in this bold offering. A bit of a buttery offering.
