Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light aroma. Light pulpy apple, hints of golden notes. Vanilla and ginger undertones.
Initial Taste: No bite. Minimal dry apple. A medley of soft spices and earthy ginger. Floral hibiscus.
After Taste: Apple becomes drier, with almost no acidity here. A hint of bitter lemon peel comes forward.
On ice: Flavour dramatically reduced.

Additional Notes:  In their Pluck Tea Infused Cider collab line, the Alt + Ctrl + Del is made with the tea of the same name. A lighter cider overall, it definitely smells lighter than it tastes also. The apples are minimal, mostly upfront, with a low acidity and tannin, bone dry. The tea is also on the lighter side, but it features some of the promised spices and ginger upfront, with some of the lemon peel (and its bitterness) in the end. A short flavour profile overall, it is still, so no carbonation to mask or enhance the other flavours.
