Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Tart, tangy, pulpy apple with some wild caramel smell.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Tart, acidic apples. Peel and flesh, kind of creamy. Some light tannin. Vanilla whispers with some boozy undertones.
After Taste: Becomes even softer, lighter. Apple crispness stays a while. Honey-like notes. Clean finish.
On ice: Booziness is slightly amplified. Clean.
Additional Notes: Revel’s Yarlington Mill is an extra clean blended, but primarily Yarlington Mill cider. A soft profile, but not lacking in character, it has a light mouthfeel, and almost creamy at times. Semi-tart, acidic and slightly tannic apples greet you. Vanilla notes and a booziness upfront. It becomes softer in profile as it goes on. Remains crisp throughout. Ends with honey-like elements, but a very clean finish.
