Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Bright apples. Acidic.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation and acidity. Bitterness layers on top of a bright apple base. Some sharp apple elements. Lemon zest-like characters.
After Taste: Bitterness dissipates, making way for green apple notes. Honey changes the finish to be a bit more unique, almost with a strong floral/sumac element at the end.
On ice: A lot less flavour and body.
