Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Crisp, acidity-driven, caramelized apples.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. Hefty apple base/body. Rich, crisp, caramelized apples that are acidic and tannic. Hint of natural earthiness. Some sweetness.
After Taste: Apples become smoother, but retaining their richness. Lingering caramelized flavour. Clean, average length finish with some film.
On ice: Minimal changes, only a slightly thinner body.

Additional Notes:  The 1911 Established Lafayette Cider is named after the town they produce their very well-known ciders at. A crisp cider to the maximum, it is rich and caramelized, providing a traditional cider experience. A balanced acidity and semi-gripping tannins define this, making it very smooth to drink. It’s nothing but apple flavour notes, but there are many apple characteristics to be found in this.
