Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Lemon pulp. Some creaminess.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Lemon zest and juice, decently tart. Some mild apple notes. General citrus notes and elements.
After Taste: Lemon continues strong, becomes slightly creamier as it goes on. Long lingering zippy notes from the lemon.
On ice: Reduced zestiness and tartness on ice. A bit smoother body.

Additional Notes:  A part of the 2024 Ernest travel mixpack, the Lemon Sorbet by Ernest Cider is a dessert in a glass. A bold lemon presence throughout, its zippy, zesty and zanny(?), but decently tart and gripping on the palate. Some mild dessert apple notes in the middle, but this is a lemon-dominate cider 100%. Definitely like a sorbet in taste, even becoming a bit creamier near the finish.
