Smell: Strong aroma. Tannic, bright, sharp and semi-sour apples.
Initial Taste: Light bite. Semi-gritty and earthy upfront from the tannins. Slightly crisp. Bright juicy apples with a hint of natural sweetness.
After Taste: Average aftertaste length that gets longer as you drink it. Caramelized finish with a hint of fermentation and funky notes at the end. Becomes drier and a bit more earthy as well.
On ice: Reduced carbonation. Slightly less tannic and a bit smoother.
Additional Notes: Two Blokes West Country Cider is a blend of tannic rich apples that is semi-gritty, lively and very crisp. Quite juicy and somewhat fresh, with a blend of Kingston Black, Sweet Copin and Dabinett apples. This blend is both tannic and dry but very approachable. A great traditional cider that really focuses on the apple flavour.
