Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Juicy pear, sharp with some acidity.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from carbonation. Smooth and clean pear that shows up right away. Somewhat juicy and creamy, forward and natural. 
After Taste: Pear reduces leaving a long-lasting semi-dry finish with some fermentation notes. Some trub.
On ice: Overall flavour reduced, but not by too much. Less funky.

Additional Notes:  Daughters Cider’s Wild Pair is a more juicy pear-forward offering that’s traditional in method.  This is most likely a wild ferment that is cleaner and more crisp than most of its type. Acidity is there but not overpowering, somewhat creamy elements. What could be yellow pear notes are a naturally sweet, but not as impactful on the overall flavour.  Definitely craft but could appeal to many experienced or not, because of how bright and juicy it is.
