Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Light aroma. Airy and wine notes with sweet apples. Some wine must.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from light carbonation. White wine-forward with sweet apples – but apples are most masked with the wine here Dessert-like and bright. Some floral elements.
After Taste: Apple dissipates almost completely with standard length white wine finish (body and flavour).
On ice: Watered down and less body.
Additional Notes: The Stone Crop Acres Stone Cold Vinous cider is a white-wine blended take on their original apple cider. Made with resiling wine, the wine is light and mostly present with some dessert apples that add a hint of sweetness. Still very dry and wine focused, its soft and easy to consume. Slight minerality.
