Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong  aroma. Pine notes from hops + earthiness. Slight cherry and apple.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. Bold hop notes that are pine-like; with some lime elements. Infused slightly tart cherry and a light touch of apple.
After Taste: Apple and cherry reduce leaving the hops dominant in the long-lingering aftertaste.  Some lime/citrus elements linger.
On ice: Reduced carbonation, hops slightly reduced.

Additional Notes:  Two Blokes Hop My Cherry gives us cherry limeade memories but it is still decently hop-driven too.  With a very mild semi-sour apple base, its citra-hop-like forward (Pine, lemon and in particular, lime) that guides the offering from start to finish.  The cherry tastes infused and not juicy and is medium in profile.
