Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet, sharp spices like cinnamon and clove. Mild apple.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Crisp, sharp spices (Clove, cinnamon, nutmeg). Light apple thats fleshy and with a hint of natural sweetness.
After Taste: Spices reduce and apples are more present. Some tannic elements. Slightly bright but still smooth/sweet from the spices. Long lingering. Slightly earthy.
On ice: Reduced carbonation and flavour. Spices duller.
Additional Notes: Kings Mill Pumpkin Spice is a high alcohol but easy drinking cider made with the spices you’d put in a pumpkin pie. A lot of warm spices that are present and sharp to start. They dissipate revealing more of a tannic, bright apple base that is slightly earthy. Naturally sweet notes but not an overly sweet cider overall.
