Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Bright apples with honey and hints of lavender
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation, Mix of bright, clean apples with slightly floral and earthy lavender. Honey present and enhances other elements, especially the apple.
After Taste: Apple reduces leaving a semi-long lingering lavender, also becoming stronger. Honey remains present but not strong.
On ice: Reduced lavender, easier to consume
Additional Notes: Crimson Cider’s Lavender Honey doesn’t smell like its lavender focused, but after the first sip you notice the earthy but clean flower. Apple is balanced and enhanced by honey elements. It’s pretty full bodied and pretty clean/crisp overall.
