Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Juicy grapefruit, hint of natural sweetness. A touch of apples.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Juicy, semi-tart pink grapefruit with a mild underlying bitterness from the fruit. Hint of dessert apple – in particular flesh.
After Taste: Grapefruit remains the same, while apple drops out. Tonic notes appear. Light, mostly clean finish.
On ice: Thinner body. Flavours basically the same.

Using a fruit not too commonly found in Ontario ciders, this has juicy grapefruit notes that stay with you for a while, without too much of the bitterness grapefruits are known for.
