Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Fresh, juicy strawberry. Mild dessert apple.
Initial Taste: No bite. Quick acidity upfront with some mouth grit. Infused, muddled, dry strawberry thats tangy.
After Taste: Strawberry becomes even drier. Apple comes through here, with green variety notes. Some medium alcoholic notes linger, with a mild dank element.
On ice: Thinner body. Less strawberry. Even less sweet. Ice strips it away a lot.

Additional Notes:  401 Cider Brewery’s Strawberry Cider is a drier than anticipated cider, tasting infused with strawberry, instead of juicy (but strawberry puree is added). Tangy and acidic upfront, it has a semi-gripping start, without bite.  Featuring a dry strawberry, it becomes even drier as it goes. The apple base comes out in the finish, with green apple characteristics. Ice greatly strips it of flavour and body, so we do not recommend it.
