Smell: Medium aroma. Bright, juicy peach. Dessert apples. Black tea undertone.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Peach pit and flesh. Gritty dessert apple that’s extra dry and thin.
After Taste: Apple weakens. Peach pit elements linger. Ends on the peach, dry.
On ice: Thinner body. Weakened flavours.

Additional Notes:  Liberty Village’s Peach Cider is their most fruit flavour forward offering so far from the brand, with a decent amount of peach pit and some peach flesh flavour; and some very dry, somewhat gritty dessert apple notes. It’s a thin bodied cider, easy to drink, but not many layers – simple and straightforward, and great for those who don’t like sweet ciders.
