Smell: Strong apple smell, prominent acidic and slightly musty aromas
Initial Taste: Slight acidic bite. Some earthy and musty tones. Sweet notes and flesh flavours.
After Taste: Clean apple flavours and feel with some tannin sensations. Sweet apple juice finish that has a long lingering effect.
On ice: Increased foam and carbonation on ice. Flavour remains mostly the same.
Additional Notes: Thornbury Cider is a very authentic and traditional apple cider, that is very crisp, clean and smooth to consume. With a very solid and strong apple flavour, it is perfect to drink on its own and also great for a base in a cider cocktail.
