Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Faint to medium, sweet apple with hints of wine and citrus aromas.
Initial Taste: Small bite. Sweet apple with a citrus undertone.
After Taste: Mild sour undertones with a tangy fleshy apple aftertaste that stays for a while.
On ice:  Flavour and carbonation bite is cut on ice. Easier to drink.  Slightly more candied.

Additional Notes: A thick consistency, sweet cider, Flying Canoe reminds us of combination cider meets wheat beer.  With subtle hints of citrus (sweet orange), this unique cider does not taste very alcoholic but still manages to warm the core.
