Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium to strong crisp apple smell. Some mustiness.
Initial Taste: Strong bite but smooth. Single-apple flavour. Slightly musty, bitter and earthy from fermentation process but still apple forward.
After Taste: Tangy apple flavour comes through. Becomes sweeter. Smooth, musty apple finish.
On ice: Carbonation and bite cut on ice significantly. Slightly more bitter-tasting on ice.

Additional Notes: County Apple Cider is the pinnacle of Ontario Craft hard ciders. A rustic, old-world inspired musty. County Apple is used as a base for their flavoured ciders, so to truly appreciate those, it is best to understand and appreciate the taste and characteristics of this apple cider first.
