Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong acidic smell
Initial Taste: Tart, very astringent. Bitter bite. Reminiscent of flavours found in apple skins. Trace of lemon flavours.
After Taste: Musty but loses flavour quickly. Dry taste and feel. Hints of sour apples such as Granny Smith.
On ice: Bigger carbonation bubbles – more sparkling flavour and feel on ice. More acidic tasting but other flavours become quite watered down in comparison.
Additional Notes: A classic English-inspired dry cider that could be a great alternative to a white wine. A very traditional and textbook cider that’s true-to-its-name.
