Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Pulpy apple and grapes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from acidity and carbonation. Zesty body. Semi-crisp and slightly tannic apples. Quick juicy grapes (both red and white variety notes) with mild black tea undertones.
After Taste: Acidity remains with long-lingering apples and fermentation notes. Grapes slowly weaken. Lime-like elements arrive in the aftertaste.
