Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Bright, slightly pulpy apple. Some tannins and caramel notes.
Initial Taste: Lite bite. Bright and uplifting apple that’s semi-crisp. Pretty clean with a little bit of sour elements with a hint of bite from funk. Caramel-apples undertone
After Taste: Slightly more woody and peel notes. Very quick aftertaste that empties out. Gives it a light feel even at 6.9%.
On ice: Body and intensity is reduced.
Additional Notes: Two Bloke’s The Invitation is a single varietal Dabinett offering. At 6.9%, it has a much lighter body and feel then the ABV leads onto. Uplifting with some sour elements, it’s overall quite clean. A little more woody with peel notes in a short aftertaste, there are some caramel elements all the way through.
