Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Semi-sweet apple with some acidic notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Semi-sweet, semi-tart, very apple forward.
After Taste: Lingers a long time, remains very apple-centric. Finishes with some tangy and mild dank fermentation notes.
On ice: Carbonation reduced. Taste remains very similar.
Additional Notes: The Two Blokes Hex Press is a very apple-forward cider, though not as dry tasting as you may think. With little elements of the fermentation process, or anything else, you could think it was a sparkling non-alcoholic cider, however, it is 6.4% ABV. A strong example of an Ontario craft pub-oriented cider.
