Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Strong aroma. Extra sweet, apple syrup smells.
Initial Taste: Small bite from carbonation. Quickly sweet and thick in the mouth. Ripe apple flesh and pulp flavours. Some sweet pear notes.
After Taste: Sweet apple flavours continue. Apple is very candied and syrup-like. Becomes slightly gritty from the sugar. Crisp, smooth finish. Honey notes.
On ice: Same flavour, slightly thinner consistency.
Additional Notes: Tusker’s Premium Apple cider is a prime example of an internationally available commercial cider that would appeal to a large base of consumers. Tasting very candied, it is a quite sweet apple flavour; as well as being thick and heavy in consistency. If you like Somersby, you will like this.
