Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Light, sweet, fresh apple juice.
Initial Taste:  Minimal bite, extra sweet with a hint of sour. Very little alcoholic taste/elements.
After Taste: Moves to a bit of tangy, syrup taste. Stays a bit in the back of the pallet, however quite light.  A hint of a malty aftertaste.
On ice:  Cuts a lot of flavour, carbonation and tiny out of the drink.

Additional Notes:  A very light, candied, green apple flavour.  A sweet, smooth drink that reminds you of a carbonated apple juice.  Not a lot of depth, but an easy to drink, commercial-oriented cider.

Loved, “Turning point” Apple Cider, but can’t seem to find it lately in the Atlantic provinces, namely Nova Scotia.
Are there any outlets near Truro, NS, where it is sold ?
My grandfather used to make his own on the farm in Hillsborough, NB., and I think I have acquired the taste !
