Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Mild aroma. Sweet dark berries and tangy dessert apple.
Initial Taste: Mild bite from carbonation. Medium-level raspberries and blackberry flavours. Light tangy dessert apples.
After Taste: Fruit flavours continue but becomes slightly more dry, rosé wine tasting. Some strawberry detectable. Crisp finish, doesn’t linger long.
On ice: Mild reduction in flavour. Mostly the same.

Additional Notes: Thornbury’s Rosé Apple Cider is overall a very light and crisp drinking experience, providing a very clean flavour and body from start to finish. With light berry flavours, they mingle well with the slight tanginess of the apples. Ends more on a rosé wine note. Semi-sweet. Refreshing.
