Smell: Strong aroma. Juicy sweet peach with some funky apple elements. Some tonic notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Mild semi-sour peach with some similar characteristic apples. Tonic forward.
After Taste: Apple dissipates. Peach becomes more earthy with pit notes. Lingers a long time with the tonic elements even more present.
On ice: Minimal reduced peach flavour. Less carbonation.
Additional Notes: The Peach Seltzer by Thornbury Craft Cider is a unique take on a flavour-infused spritzer. It’s light with fresh juicy peach that turns very earthy in the aftertaste. Minimal apple flavour, the tonic elements are quite noticeable. On-ice has minimal impact, so if you like it cold, load it up. Memories of Thornbury’s Peach cider but most definitely its own creation.
