Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet clean peach and slight dessert apples.
Initial Taste: Medium bite. A light tingle from acidity with medium early-season peach skin. Some bright crisp apples. Slightly tart.
After Taste: Becomes a more flesh-focused peach.  Apple remains clean but dissipates leaving mostly peach aftertaste.  Finished a little earthy but a natural fruit flavour.
On ice: Carbonation and overall flavour reduced.

Additional Notes:  The Peach Cider by Thornbury Village Cider House is a very natural peach offering.  Early season peaches that become more fleshy in the aftertaste, there are some light apple elements.  Smells much sweeter than it is. A little earthy finish.  Well balanced overall, clean and easy to drink. Not too sweet or too juice forward, making for a refreshing experience.
