Smell: Strong aroma. Pulpy apple with some acidic notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Apple is slightly funky and earthy. Not overly forward with some woody elements and citrus/orange notes.
After Taste: Apple flavour dissipates and leaves earthy/funky fermentation notes and yeast elements. Some astringency.
On ice: Reduced flavour and carbonation
