Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Pulpy apple with some acidic notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Apple is slightly funky and earthy.  Not overly forward with some woody elements and citrus/orange notes.
After Taste: Apple flavour dissipates and leaves earthy/funky fermentation notes and yeast elements. Some astringency.
On ice: Reduced flavour and carbonation

Additional Notes:  The Old Tun Original Cider is a pulpy, slightly earthy and funky cider that has strong citrus flavours – in particular unique orange and lemon notes. It’s not overly apple forward, and features a tingly carbonation.  Underlying astringency and farmhouse notes provide some depth.
