Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Funky apple, acetic and sulphur notes amongst a crisp apple background.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Bright and semi-funky apples that are tart with acidity. Strong pop of apple that then dissipates
After Taste: Apple reduces leaving an acetic, earthy undertones with strong funk elements. Slight green apple notes. Long lasting
On ice: Slightly brighter with less funk.

Additional Notes:  The Original Draft by Tall Post Cider is a very funky and semi-sour offering. Apple to start then a lot of fermentation elements in the end, it finishes dank and very funky/acidic.  Not a beginner cider, it has some strong elements to it and is a 5 of 5 for Funk.  Some green apple notes at the finish. Stands out for a flagship apple cider from Ontario.
