Smell: Strong, slightly musty. Sour apple aromas, slightly sweet notes.
Initial Taste: Very sweet bite, with some sour notes. Granny smith flavours evident. A bit of a candy taste to it.
After Taste: Becomes smoother, more sweet flavours emerge. Subtle honey flavours.
On ice: Increased carbonation in appearance but a less carbonated feel when tasting than without ice. Taste is much smoother and sweeter.
Additional Notes: A smooth and sweet cider. It reminds us of an apple juice and ginger-ale cocktail.
