Smell: Medium sweet elderflower, with little apple
Initial Taste: Minimal bite, smooth but strong elderflower flavour. Some carbonation fizz in initial taste.
After Taste: Sweet, semi-long lingering aftertaste, with hints of sweet apples. Honey finish.
On ice: Reduced carbonation, reduced apple flavour. Elderflower tastes almost like a juice.
Additional Notes: A very floral drink, Strongbow Elderflower offers a summer time option that has a very light sweet apple flavour. With no real fermentation notes, it has a noticable apple juice base. Commercial, but not excessively sweet.
