Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Pulpy fresh strawberry and creamy apple
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation. A smooth bright apple and blended, traditional strawberry. Not overly sweet, but has some softness & the strawberry is semi-tart here.
After Taste: Strawberry dissipates and leaves a bit more of a peel-focused apple finish.
On ice: Reduced overall flavour and impact.
Additional Notes: Stock & Row’s Strawberry Cider is a unique offering with only 700 bottles available in the fall of 2023. Smelling creamy and pulpy, it’s more tart in taste. Still somewhat soft, it finishes mostly apple peel forward in a standard aftertaste length. No shortcake in this one, just juiced strawberry notes.
