Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium smell, candied apples and beer aromas
Initial Taste: Smooth, crisp with strong apple flavours (candied and sour apple flavours).
After Taste: Sour characteristics grow but disappears quickly. Dry, slightly hoppy finish.
On ice: Very similar to not on ice, but apple flavours are reduced slightly.
Additional Notes: Overall, Stella Cidre is incredibly smooth and easy to drink apple cider. This cider shares a lot of similarities with Stella Artois beer – its smell, its appearance, its consistency and dry with some hoppy flavours. This cider aims to be as sophisticated as the beer it’s associated with. We’d recommend this cider to gluten-sensitive individuals who may miss the taste of beer.
