Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Natural watermelon. Some mild earthy and herb notes.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite. Quick juicy watermelon taste. Punchy thyme + herb flavour.
After Taste: Watermelon flavour continues but becomes slightly sweeter/more candied. Tart, acidic apple comes through. Ends with a pleasant mixture of both fruits, with little thyme flavour remaining.
On ice: minimal difference.

Additional Notes:  Slabtown’s Watermelon Thyme Cider is exactly as promised flavour wise. We are amazed at the accuracy of the watermelon flavour as it is hard to capture due to the fruit’s natural high water content. The finish especially reminds us of those watermelon gummies but not sour, done very naturally so. Thyme adds an earthy/herby element upfront but doesn’t contribute much to the flavour near the end. Apple is more prominent in the finish. Accurate and authentic watermelon flavour from start to finish.
