Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Uplifting creamy strawberry. Some floral notes.  Semi-sweet apple.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation.Semi-bright apples with a touch of sweetness that are balanced with a smooth, fresh and juicy strawberry.  Berries are tart and slightly tangy.
After Taste: Somewhat long lingering, where the strawberry and apple starts to slowly weaken. Becomes a bit more floral. with the strawberry tasting a bit fermented here. The Northern Spy part of the apple is more present, with a bit of peel to it.
On ice: Reduced overall flavour and intensity.

Additional Notes:  Part of their small batch series, this one released in 2024 from Shiny Apple Cider, the Strawberry Chamomile is a fresh-tasting offering. Lots of tart and tangy strawberries with some semi-bright apple upfront that lingers a long time.  Dissipating it becomes a little more floral and earthy, which comes from the chamomile flowers and Northern Spy cider base. On ice, it loses a lot of its body.
