Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet muddled strawberry. Slight hint of herb notes.  Light dessert apples.
Initial Taste: Light sensation from mild carbonation and some acidity. Followed by a pulpy sweet strawberry and balanced semi-bright and tart dessert apple. 
After Taste: Apple reduces, as more earthy/herby mint becomes noticeable. Strawberries become less tart and more faded. Semi-long lingering.
On ice: Thinner body. Slightly less sweet.

Additional Notes:  The Strawberry Mojito by Shale Ridge smells like it will be an extra sweet, mixed cocktail; however, its a balanced semi-tart strawberry and bright dessert apple cider with a bit of acidity and tang.  Mint is more earthy/herby than being cooling. It’s overall, very light and easy to consume, with the strawberry lingering the longest.
