Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Sweet, fresh, candied peach.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Sweet, white peach and slight apple elements to start the cider off. Clean and bright. Slightly creamy in nature.
After Taste: Apple reduces leaving a sweet, syrupy and candied peach. Fresh tasting and also sugary in nature. Long lasting body that coats the mouth.
On ice: Less carbonation. Slightly sweeter.
Additional Notes: The Seagram’s White Peach by Waterloo Brewing is a light, upbeat and commercial white peach flavour, that is unique amongst other peach ciders for being the white variety. Very sweet, it’s clean with only a hint of apple base. Long lasting with pretty much no acidity (typically like a white peach over a traditional darker fleshed peach). Drinks very much like a mixed drink. Very candied, almost doesn’t taste like real fruit.
