Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong smell. Quite musty with sharp apples. Dry, white wine aroma.
Initial Taste: Medium bite from carbonation and acidity. Semi-tart apple with earthy notes.
After Taste: Long-lingering apple flavour. Tartness remains with maltiness appearing. Semi-dry finish with pear notes.
On ice: Carbonation is cut. Becomes more acidic and less dry.

Additional Notes: Scow Craft Cider is a traditional hard apple cider that is tart, earthy and semi-dry. It has very well balanced elements overall, as none are overpowering at any point in the entire flavour journey.
