Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Light aroma. Creamy dessert apples. Slight caramelized notes.
Initial Taste: Light bite from carbonation. Sweet dessert apples with some caramel notes. Mild tartness with some tangy notes.
After Taste: Medley of apple notes reduces and becomes slightly syrupy but a bit more dry.
On ice: Thinner body with reduced elements and tanginess.
Additional Notes: The WHIP by Sarah Cole Cider features a medley of apple flavours that are not overpowering or distinctive individually. It’s semi-sweet, crisp and clean. Slight tartness is also noted, but remains smooth. You can only notice a little fermentation notes in the end. A great bridge cider for those who have only tried sweet and non-alcoholic ciders before. This is a Canadian-made equivalent of Strongbow in terms of commercial outreach and in taste.
