Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Very minimal. Sweet and tart apple aromas
Initial Taste: livht bite from carbonation. A single semi-dry apple flavour that becomes very prevalent.
After Taste: Carbonation and flavour dissipate quickly. Some elements of tangieness and earthiness.  Sugary residue that lingers.  Very short aftertaste, slight cinnamon notes if you know its in the drink.
On ice: Less flavour and carbonation.

Additional Notes:  Rock Creek Dry Apple Cider is one of the most crisp ciders we have come across.  It’s a single apple flavour, that dissipates extra quick. A more minimalist cider that would also refresh when in need of hydration.  Not a lot to it overall, simple but refreshing.
