Cider Crate Tasting Notes:
Smell: Medium aroma. Caramelized, astringent apples with some maple syrup notes.
Initial Taste: Minimal bite from some acidity. Slow building taste that is thick, creamy and fresh apple cider focused. Some warming notes, slightly boozy and smooth.
After Taste: Becomes more dry. More spices and caramel notes that linger.
On ice: Much less boozy and less flavoured. Cleans out quickly.
Additional Notes: The Prince Edward County Iced Cider by County Cider is a warm, boozy iced cider. Caramel forward, slightly lighter in body than some other iced ciders. A short but significant punchy astringency upfront that can wake you up! On-ice makes it loose all of its warmth and character, so have this one neat for the most authentic experience. It’s smooth and very easy to consume.
