Cider Crate Tasting Notes:

Smell: Strong aroma. Sweet, juicy bartlett pear (soft flesh)
Initial Taste: Light bite. Dessert apples with a blend of extra sweet and slightly sugared pear. 
After Taste: Apple reduces leaving a strong syrupy pear element. Like a candied drink but still quite crisp. Long lingering in the mouth.
On ice: Carbonation is reduced and takes away some flavour.  More wine-like

Additional Notes:  The No Boats on Sunday Pear is an apple cider with sweet, candied pear flavour that is most present. Fleshy, juicy and a little syrupy – it’s easy to consume and quite light.  Overall clean with little alcoholic/fermentation elements.  With the base being apple, it comes out much sweeter than any perry – or pear flavoured cider for that matter – we have tried.
